1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ultrameliorix.com website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription Service

Our subscription service delivers weekly boxes of organic produce from our Kagoshima farm. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and payment information
  • Pay the subscription fee on a weekly basis as indicated at the time of signup
  • Receive deliveries on your selected day unless you pause or cancel in advance
  • Understand that box contents vary by season and availability

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes. Subscription fees are charged weekly. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 14 days' notice to subscribers. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment processors.

4. Delivery Policy

We deliver to addresses throughout Japan. Local Kagoshima deliveries are made the same day as harvest. Nationwide deliveries are shipped via refrigerated courier and arrive within 24 hours. Delivery is included in the subscription price for Family Box and Grand Harvest tiers. Starter Box deliveries outside Kagoshima Prefecture may incur a shipping surcharge.

5. Cancellation and Pausing

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day. Cancellations take effect the following week. There are no cancellation fees or minimum subscription periods.

6. Product Quality and Returns

We take pride in the quality of our organic produce. If you receive items that are damaged, wilted, or below our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will either replace the items in your next delivery or issue a credit to your account.

7. Organic Certification

Our farm is certified organic under the Japan Agricultural Standards (JAS). We do not use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Our certification is independently verified annually. Documentation is available upon request.

8. Farm Visits

Farm visits are available by appointment on Saturdays. Visitors must follow safety guidelines provided on arrival. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted guidelines. Groups of 5 or more must book at least 7 days in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ultrameliorix.com website, including text, images, recipes, graphics, and logos, is the property of ultrameliorix.com and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ultrameliorix.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific delivery in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kagoshima, Japan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
